 Items for all orders are sent out within 3-5 business days.

US, UK, CANADA Shipping is generally 3-5 business days.

Tracking will be sent to you within 2-3 business days after the product has been marked SHIPPED

Returns

We only honor returns if the wrong product was shipped due to hygiene laws. 

You can initiate an exchange request 15 days upon receiving a product (marked delivered on the shipment tracking page) ONLY if the merchandise is sent back to us in the original condition as it was when it was sent out.

If we see that the product has been tampered with and not in the original condition, we will not honor an exchange.

Hair products are highly hygienic products, by the laws,we reject returns of used hair. We also practice this policy under the laws.
